I began practicing therapeutic massage in 2005 when I graduated from Ashmead College in Everett Washington. I enjoy focusing on injury massage, recovery massage, and treatment massage for a variety of conditions. I describe my style as a relaxing medium to firm therapeutic massage. I like to focus on treating imbalances in the body. I practice Swedish, deep tissue, myofacial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, passive and active sports massage techniques. I have spent a lot of time working with people recovering from auto accidents, sports and just plain 'ol life injuries. I really enjoy working with people to achieve their fitness, wellness, recovery, and rehabilitation goals. I love being the best part of someone's recovery! I have worked with a wide variety of injuries, from hip replacements to frozen shoulder to abdominal reconstruction, and many things in between. I have had huge successes reducing scar tissue, increasing range of motion, and maintaining normal function of muscles and joints through rigorous training regimens and preparation for birth. I have big goals as a body worker. I continue to add to my education to keep learning more and helping more people as they move through life.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
