My sessions integrate a range of therapeutic modalities including my custom deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Thai massage, Ashiatsu bars with Thai-style walking, abdominal massage, cupping therapy, and prenatal/pregnancy massage - however, it’s not the specific modality(s) I am trained in that makes my work so potent. It’s that I use the precise tool in the exact way that is needed in each moment.
