I completed Northwest Academy of the Healing Arts massage therapist training in Seattle/Tacoma in 2024. My practice style incorporates myofascial, deep tissue, assistive stretching, trigger point, hot stone, cupping, and Swedish. I have continuing education certificates in fully clothed massage work and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD). My main practice passion is MLD, a gentle modality with many tangible benefits!

For scheduling: Saturday session are in clinic in NE on Sandy Blvd at Cosmos Collective. Most other days are mobile massage outcalls where I bring the complete setup to your space. Trips >10 miles from our studio will have a $15 fuel charge.
