Cancellation and Appointment Privileges Policy:

We all know that emergencies happen and we are more than willing to make exceptions to my policy. We do ask for as much notice as possible because we do have a waiting list for clients trying to get sooner appointments.

24 hour notice required for cancellations. Less than 24 hours will be subject to 25% of your session cost. No call no shows will be subject to 100% of the session rate. 

To ensure fairness and consistency in scheduling, we ask all clients to keep their standing appointments as committed.

• Clients with recurring appointments are asked to attend as agreed.
• If a client cancels more than three (3) appointments within a calendar year, they may lose the privilege of holding a recurring appointment.
• In such cases, the client may still schedule on an as-available basis but will no longer be guaranteed a regular reserved spot.

These policies are in place to respect the time of both the clients and the providers, and to maintain availability for those who are committed to their scheduled sessions.
