Pain sucks. It happens to us all. Whether you woke up with it or you've been living with it, I'm here to support you. If you're looking for pain relief, chronic condition support, and/or sports/athletic-related work, I'm probably the right person for you.
 

What I accept/payment forms:

• I can take Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) insurance, Worker's Comp, and HSA/FSA.
• I do not take insurance outside of MVA/Worker's Comp at this time.
• I have a first-time client promo of 90 minutes for $90 in my "Deals" area! Start there!
• Cash/Zelle/Venmo is preferred payment. before credit/debit card.

Where and When: I usually work at 1650 SE 3rd Ave on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday and by appointment on other days when available in Portland. I am at my Beaverton location by appointment.
 

About me:

• My work is an integration of techniques, including Recovery (think sports and medical), Myofascial (this can include trigger point, cupping, and muscle scraping-I don't charge extra for these), Relaxation, and Deep Tissue
• I specialize in pain management massage: chronic or acute pain, pre and post-surgery, regular workout, labor industry work, pre and post training massage for competitions...etc. If you move your body, and you're in pain, let's work together. Your pain matters. You matter.
• I understand how to work with hypermobile/EDS bodies.
• I lead with compassionate curiosity and a touch of G-rated puns/humor.
• I want you to feel heard and leave feeling like you have a step forward in your health journey.
• I am a partner with PropagoPDX - We work with the Portland Thorns, Timbers, and the WNBA Fire - you can trust in my knowledge and care for your health and safety at a professional level
• My space is trauma-sensitive and queer-positive. All bodies are welcome. I am open about my own identity. My space is not limited to anyone. It is especially informed by and supportive of queerness, disability, and trauma. I am a person who is always growing, as we all are. All are welcome here.
