Whatever your goals may be, I am here to support you and your body in opening in that direction. Whether it’s looking to release stress, manage pain, or heal from an injury, we will work together during our sessions to develop a resonant, safe, and effective approach. 

My goal is for you to feel empowered and to ensure that you get what you want and need out of each session. I want us to stay connected, foster relationship, and work together to expand the bounds of what feels possible and good in your body and being.

I seek to work with presence, specificity, engagement, intention, communication, and consent.

My work tends to flow between a variety of styles and techniques. In any given session we might draw on myofascial release, deep tissue, postural analysis, Muscle Energy Techniques, cupping, relaxation massage, trigger point release, and other modalities, inspirations, and influences.

I’m a proud graduate of East West College, am dedicated to the Portland community, and am excited to hopefully meet and work with you!
