Most people find me because something hurts. My work is aimed at real relief, and helping that relief last.
Maybe you slept wrong and now there's a crick in your neck or a headache won't quit.
Your back seized up mid-run, sciatica is flaring, you can't reach overhead without pain.
The lingering effects of a car accident, weekend-warrior wear and tear, or repetitive strain from desk work or playing an instrument every day.
Sessions are built on deep tissue and sports massage, informed by structural integration principles and combined with myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and elements of craniosacral therapy. I check in as we go and adjust to what your body is telling us, and I'll often send you home with a few stretches or movements to keep the progress going between visits.
I'm a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, and in more than a decade of clinical practice I've worked with thousands of clients. That includes athletes, people recovering from injuries and motor vehicle collisions, and a lot of fellow musicians, whose particular kind of strain I know firsthand.
Not every visit needs a reason. If you simply want ninety minutes of unhurried, deep work, that's welcome too.
