Welcome!
I’m a Movement Specialist and Yoga Instructor with a background in Physical Therapist Assisting. I have merged my knowledge in physical therapy with fitness, movement and self care practices to aid the entire body into equilibrium.
Pain can be a result of muscle length imbalance, increasing the pull on bones in a particular direction restricting movement within the joint complex. Pain can also result from tension within the mind, which signals the rest of body to constrict.
During a session, i will work with you toward your goals of releasing tension and painful muscles, restoring postural alignment and optimizing ease of movement.
My mission is to help others improve their well being. In order to embrace healing we have to acknowledge that every part of the body is connected. Being well involves not only the physical body, but the mind and the flow of energy throughout.
Each person is unique, therefore each session must be unique. My aim is to encourage renewal; a fresh start by offering services that not only reset muscle length and increase mobility, but also reduce mental restraints such as anxiety and stress.

From experiences I've learned that the body has an innate ability to prevent dis-ease and ailment. The trigger for unlocking this ability comes from the brain. If your mind is lacking clarity and peace, it is likely sending signals to your body that corresponds to this.
There are changes and micro-adjustments that we can make in our every day lives that promote our individual well being and prevention of sickness. It's my goal to help you figure out what works for you.
