Booking Information
By Appointment Only: Make sure your booking went through and check your email and spam folder for confirmation. If you did not get an email confirmation- you do not have an appointment. You will also receive an email reminder and a text reminder before your appointment. Please text or email me with questions.
Arrival Time: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your appointment. If the door is locked, please knock.
Save an extra $5 on FOUR-PACKS when you pay by CASH, CHECK or VENMO in the studio.

Service Menu
The service menu has been simplified. To choose a specific modality such as Craniosacral or Manual Lymphatic Drainage, please select it as an "add-on" on the final booking page. Mask requests can also be made in the add-on menu.
New Clients
If you are a new client with a gift card to redeem and you are having trouble booking online, please contact me to reserve your first appointment. I am accepting new clients on a rolling basis as my schedule allows. For FAQs and information on joining the wait-list, please visit www.jpwellness.co. All new clients must prepay for their first session. Moving forward, you are free to pay as you go. This policy helps protect me from no-shows and scammers. If you cancel your first session and want a refund, it will be minus the CC processing fee.
I only work with adults. Any clients who are unable to get on and off the massage table without assistance will need to have someone accompanying them to assist their transfers. I cannot transfer clients from wheelchairs on/off the table due to my own injuries.
Cancellation Policy
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Less than 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling, regardless of emergency or illness. However, if I am able to fill your appointment from my wait-list, you will not be charged. TEXT ME ASAP if you need to cancel (even if you wake up sick at 2:00AM).
- No-show or missed appointment, regardless of emergency or illness.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment duration, you will still need to pay for the full amount of time that you reserved.
- Refusal of service for clients with obvious signs of contagious illness. A negative CV-19 test is great, but I don't want to catch and share with my other clients any cold or flu either. Thank you for considering the safety and health of our community.
