We can work together to alleviate pain and tension from injuries, surgeries or just chronic patterns in your body. We decide together what areas will be worked on and what techniques will be used to make you more comfortable in your own body. You can choose the genre of music, the level of pressure, conversation or silence etc. ...it's YOUR session.
