Drawing on years of hands-on experience and a strong foundation in musculoskeletal anatomy, I integrate deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, trigger-point therapy, and focused soft-tissue work to address chronic tension, muscular restrictions, and patterns of physical discomfort.

My approach combines clinical knowledge with an intuitive, attentive touch. I take the time to understand each client’s concerns, assess areas of tension, and adapt my techniques throughout the session based on how the body responds.
