Your Body Has a Story — I’m Here to Listen. Our bodies are not machines — each carries a story that deserves care. They carry our history, our experiences, and sometimes, our pain. If pain is part of your story, I’m here to help you find relief, ease, and a renewed sense of lightness. My goal is for your time on the table to be the most restorative part of your day, and for you to leave shining a little brighter. After years in the corporate world, I followed my long‑held dream of becoming a massage therapist. In 2019, I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts, and since then I’ve continued to expand my skills through advanced training and mentorship in medical massage, structural integration, Reiki healing, and craniosacral therapy. I offer integrative treatments tailored to your needs and goals, blending guided breathing, Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial and trigger point release, range of motion work, and gentle joint mobilization. My approach relieves pain patterns, restores mobility, and creates lasting change in how your body feels and moves. By honoring your whole self — body, mind, and energy — I aim to help you release what no longer serves you, raise your energetic vibration, and expand your capacity for wellbeing. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll often find me outdoors with my husband John and our puppy Reggie — foraging mushrooms, beachcombing, hiking, or exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. At home, I love cooking in my luminary kitchen, making art, gardening, and throwing pottery.
