I have been a massage therapist since the year 2000 after graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Therapeutic Recreation degree. I use many different techniques including Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Craniosacral, and Visceral Manipulation. For many years, I've worked along side and have learned greatly from Physical Therapists the study and skills of injury prevention, rehab, and postural dynamics. I also enjoy and learn so much from working with Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Physicians, Acupuncturists, Orthopedic doctors, and others in the Allied Health fields, co-treating patients and continually learning from each other. Personal trainers, yoga therapists, Feldenkrais teachers, estheticians, and many others also compliment my practice and are a part of my referral circle.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
