Hi, I’m Vanessa, the licensed massage therapist behind Bender’s Bodyworks. I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience—and now, the massage itself—to your home, vacation rental, or workplace in McMinnville and the surrounding Oregon Wine Country.

Over the years, I’ve learned that good massage starts with listening. I want to know what’s bothering you, what your days ask of your body, what has helped before, and what you need from our time together.

Some days, that means focused attention on a stubborn neck, tired shoulders, or an overworked back. Other days, you need a slower pace and time to unwind. We’ll shape your session around you, adjusting the pressure, positioning, and focus along the way. You can always ask for a change.

My approach is practical and thoughtful, with room for warmth and a little humor. You don’t need to know which technique to book or have the perfect words to describe what hurts. Tell me what you’re noticing, and we’ll start there.
