My wife tells me that if I want to own my own business, I have to share some details about myself. And as usual, she's right. I'll try to keep it brief and hopefully you'll be able to relate and find some value by taking advantage of some of the services that I offer.
Ever since I was a little kid, I participated in a variety of sports, finding the comradary of spending time with friends and being outdoors deeply satisfying. Practices always included running, which at the time, I classified as necessity and even punishment. However, that all changed during the spring semester of my freshman year of college. I took an exercise science course that required students to run FIVE miles by the end of the semester. YIKES! Long story short, I bought my first pair of running shoes and became a self-proclaimed "runner". Now, THIRTY+ years later, I've run the Boston Marathon, completed ultra-marathons, and through a ton of hard work, found myselft on the starting line of Ironman championship races.
Why massage therapy? Well, over the past several decades, I realized how beneficial massage therapy has been for me and my athletic endevours and wanted to give back to the community that has provided me with so many found memories. When I look back at all the miles I've logged, all the hours on the bike, and all the laps in the pool, the only thing I would do differently is take better care of my body. It's never too late to start making a conscious effort to do the little things to keep our bodies functioning effectively to enjoy life to it's fullest.
Know someone who just 's massages?
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
