Meet Mindi Moran

Licensed Massage Therapist & Founder of Coastal Bodywork Co

With a passion for helping others move better, feel lighter, and live well, Mindi Moran has been providing therapeutic massage and wellness services since 2008.

Mindi completed her professional massage training at the Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine, where she graduated with a focus in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release (MFR), and Neuromuscular Therapy techniques.

She continues to expand her knowledge and specializes in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cupping, Basalt River Stone Massage, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Gua Sha, and Reiki II Energy Healing.

Mindi has also had the opportunity to work with the Maine Sports Massage Team, providing pre- and post-event massage at athletic events throughout Maine, including the incredible experience of supporting athletes at the 2008 Boston Marathon.

Her love of sports, personal experiences with injuries, and desire to understand the body’s ability to heal inspired her journey into massage therapy. Mindi is passionate about the healing arts and enjoys helping clients reduce tension, improve mobility, and discover the benefits of therapeutic bodywork.

Outside of the studio, Mindi enjoys exploring the outdoors, staying active, traveling, and spending time in nature. She is also a passionate shark conservation advocate and volunteers each summer with the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
