This practice is all about you! It is my hope to support your goals, provide a space conducive to relaxing the body AND mind!

Sessions look like...time for a conversation about your needs, space to get comfortable, 60-120 minutes of bodywork including warm towels, an after-care tray with treats/drink while we wrap up. 

Sessions can include any combination of ...

•  injury/surgery recovery, including scar and fascia work, increased range of motion and Lymphatic support for inflammation and swelling. 

• Deep Tissue, for tension release in those trouble spots, helping break pain cycles and reconnecting with the body

• Swedish/Relaxation full body, slow broad strokes for decompression

• Manual Lymph Therapy, aiding the body's immune system, decreasing swelling/inflammation, clearing congestion, post cancer treatment support

• Pregnancy, labor and post-partum support for Mom and hands on massage/counter pressure trainings for partners 

Some about me...

I started this journey at Spa-Tech back in 2004 after my mother sustained an injury requiring regular massage. She's still on my table these days and remains my inspiration for injury recovery and long-term quality of life body work.

In 2015, I added a Birth Doula Training through DONA and in 2023, Carole Osbourne's Pre and Perinatal Massage training at DSM in Waldoboro, ME. 

My years at Pinetree Family Chiropractic have been a blend of injury support, relaxation and pre/post-natal work and I've been so blessed to work with hundreds of lovely clients there!

Last Fall I become a Certified Manual Lymph Movement Therapist and began incorporating this amazing work with clients in small and large ways immediately 

In the Spring of 2027, I am looking forward to a two-year Community Herbalist Apprenticeship at Greenwood Herbals in Limerick, ME.
