With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in hot stone deep tissue for chronic pain reduction. I implement a variety of modalities that I’ve learned over the years including trigger point and myofascial release techniques for increased mobility. Cupping, gua-sha, and fascia scrubbing are available upon request.

I am the resident massage therapist for three well-known theaters in downtown Aurora. I provide chair massage at corporate offices, chiropractic offices, convention centers, music festivals, farmers' markets, weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and private parties.  My weekends are typically reserved for my chair massage gigs.  Please come visit me in-person at a public place for chair massage before you request me for a private party.  See where I'll be on my Facebook page.

I am the owner of Zen Loft Wellness Center in Aurora and co-owner of Zen Loft Collective in Batavia. My massage studios are located in these centers.  Yoga classes, music lessons, and art classes may be taking place during your massage.  Check out our online schedules prior to booking if you need silence during your massage.
