Knotti Kneads Massage + Stretch is a results-driven bodywork studio in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA where anatomy meets relaxation and every session is built around you.

Founded by Nikki Moorehead, a licensed massage therapist with 15+ years of experience, Knotti Kneads goes beyond the basic massage experience. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from a sport or injury, dealing with desk tension, jaw tightness, or simply ready to move and feel better this is the place for that.

Every session is intentional. Nikki brings clinical-level knowledge and a whole-body approach to each appointment assessing how your body moves, where it holds tension, and what it actually needs to change. You leave with more than relief. You leave with understanding.

Services include sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, assisted stretching and mobility work, cupping therapy, TMJ massage, and more. In-studio and mobile sessions available throughout the Atlanta metro area. Memberships, series packages, and gift certificates available.

A few things to know before you book:
Knotti Kneads is located inside Salon Studios at the Perimeter Expo Shopping Center upstairs, above Mattress Firm. Suite 200, Studio 104. Look for the signs once you’re inside the building.  If doors are locked, enter #104.

Booking & Payment
A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged until your service is complete. Online bookings require prepayment. Prefer to book without prepaying? Call us directly at (770) 235-1997 and we’ll get you scheduled.

Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Life happens — just let us know as soon as you can so we can offer your spot to someone else.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Running behind? Always call ahead — (770) 235-1997.

Packages & Series
Prepaid session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. All sales are final. Packages expire one year from the date of purchase. Unused balances convert to studio credit at expiration.

Memberships
Memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel. Your membership remains active and billing continues during the 30-day notice period.
