Hello there, I am Norma, a 35 year old mother, wife, and massage therapist running my small business, Bloom & Reset Studio. A safe place for you to unwind the mind + spirit, release and reset your body, and ultimately flourish within you to bloom into wellness.

Here, there’s no judgment. It is a safe place for women and men. I especially hold a sacred place in my practice for mothers and parents of the neurodivergent community; I understand your struggles, worries, and overall exhaustion.

 I am only a vessel here, and I am incredibly humbled that people trust me to help them relax, release body tension, and to improve their quality of life through therapeutic bodywork.

I currently offer the following services;

• Myofascial Release (MFR)
• Deep tissue
• Sports massage + assisted stretching
• Hot stones
• Cupping
• Guasha / muscle scraping
• Lymphatic Drainage
• Relaxation Massage
• Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

Specialty Services;

• Scalp Massage + aromatherapy
• Mobile Massage in Acworth, Dallas, or Kennesaw area (only by appointment and prior approval)

I completed my massage therapy certification at Renton Technical College in 2018. I was also certified in Mexico back in 2013. The roots of my massage practice in Mexico allowed me to be more empathetic and have a holistic point of view of massage therapy. My learning in the USA allowed me to practice from a more medical view and to see the positive physical and mental health benefits from massage therapy, reducing pain, and easing stress. Both certifications have given me the gift to work better with my clients and to be able to bring more into the massage table. Sometimes our pain can come from accidents or injuries, but sometimes we store so much in us that we need help to release that tension or discomfort through therapeutic bodywork.

Makes me very happy to be able to work with you. Thank you for reading my roots and the story behind my small business. Thank you for allowing me to work with you through the healing art of therapeutic massage.

 You can find me at the massage studio in Acworth, Georgia, on Saturdays and Sundays inside Sunshower Massage & Wellness.

Feel free to contact me through email, text/call, and I will do my best to reach out back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you, Norma Walther LMT - MT015737
