I specialize in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy & sports massage, focusing on areas of muscle tension, tightness, and discomfort to help promote relaxation, improve mobility, and support overall well-being.

In addition to my experience as a massage therapist, I also assist in Physical Therapy, at a well established chiropractic facility, giving me an added understanding of the body, movement, and muscle function. I combine my knowledge and hands-on experience to provide personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
