Hi, I’m Sarah, the hands behind True Depths Massage Therapy. 

I’ve spent the last 15 years helping people work through pain, tension, stress, and the kind of muscle tightness that doesn’t let go easily. My work blends deep tissue, sports massage, therapeutic bodywork, cupping, stretching, and scraping to create sessions that are intentional, customized, and deeply effective. 

Whether you’re an athlete, musician, overworked human, or someone carrying way too much tension, my goal is to help your body feel lighter, looser, and more at home again.
