I'm a bodyworker out of Los Angeles focusing on nervous system regulation and helping your body function optimally on a day-to-day basis. Our bodies need a multitude of approaches, so I like to blend modalities like craniosacral, mindful deep tissue, swedish, and sensory repatterning into my sessions. I assist with injury recovery,  expecting and postpartum mothers, along with anyone needing safe, intentional touch.
