As a lifelong mover, circus artist, and sufferer of Functional Neurological Disorder, I am more than aware of how movement is a form of medicine. In my personal healing journey, movement and bodywork have provided the light I needed to see at the end of the tunnel. Bodywork represented that extra “push” that was needed to put me on the path to truly start understanding the issues occurring in my body and why I was experiencing the pain I was enduring. This journey has informed how I practice bodywork - my passion for movement as modality for healing the body is evident in my approach. I focus on functional alignment, corrective exercise, stretch therapy, and trigger point therapy. Massage can be for all bodies, but our current healthcare system is not. As a queer and trans individual, I understand the ways that traditional healthcare services fail trans bodies. My approach is inclusive and trauma-informed to ensure the safety of all bodies that are on my table.
