Hi, I’m Nora! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist in Enumclaw specializing in Soma® Neuromuscular Integration and Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM).

Soma is a form of Structural Integration that works with the body’s connective tissue (fascia), nervous system, movement patterns, and the compensations we develop over time. I now integrate this work with FSM, a gentle microcurrent therapy that allows me to more specifically support areas of pain, injury, restriction, and nervous system stress.

Together, we look beyond where something hurts and work to understand the patterns that may be contributing to pain, limiting movement, or affecting everyday life. Depending on your needs, sessions may include hands-on structural bodywork, movement education, targeted FSM protocols, or a combination of these approaches.

Clients often leave the table feeling taller, moving more freely, breathing more deeply, and experiencing a greater overall sense of ease. My goal is not to keep you dependent on treatment. It is to help you make meaningful, lasting progress and return to the things you want to do with greater comfort and confidence.

I had the privilege of attending one of the most respected Structural Integration programs in the U.S. I have personally experienced this work for more than 15 years and spent years learning, apprenticing, and developing my approach before becoming a practitioner.

This work changed my life in so many ways, and I genuinely love what I do. I couldn’t be more excited to now combine the foundation of Soma with FSM and share this evolving approach with my clients.
