Meet Azzaya Gantulga, LMT & NMT & YTT Listening is the first step to healing . My journey into bodywork began not with massage, but with my own health challenges. Years ago, I was struggling with digestive issues that no doctors could seem to resolve. What had helped me begin to heal was yoga - not just the movement, but the invitation to slow down, breathe, and truly listen to my body. That experience changed everything. It led me to complete a 200 HR Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Colorado, and teach my very first class to group of 30. In that moment, I realized my passion for bodywork was just getting started. Massage therapy became the next step. I trained in California and later completed a 1200 HR Neuromuscular Therapy program, driven by desire to better understand the body's structure, function, and the way we hold pain and energy. Since graduating 2018, I've been working in various spa settings, blending relaxation with therapeutic depth - always guided by curiosity, care, and a deep respect for the human body. My style integrates both Eastern and Western philosophies. Sessions often include focused, clinical work - informed by biomechanics and neuromuscular training - as well as energetic flow and holistic techniques drawn from Thai massage, Shiatsu, and Meridian theory. You might come in with tension in your shoulders, low back, or hips - but we'll look at the whole body to understand the root, not just the symptom. I've spent over 6 years as an LMT & NMT in various spa environments, and over 17 years in hospitality overall. Creating a safe, welcoming space is second nature to me. Whether you're looking for targeted relief, a nervous system reset, or a simple space to reconnect with yourself, I'll meet you where you are. In addition to in-studio sessions, I also offer mobile massage, on-site corporate massage, and event massage services - bringing the healing work directly to you, wherever you are . Licensed in both Oregon and California, I hold current credentials in both states and maintain professional liability insurance. This work is collaboration - between your body, my hands, and the quiet intelligence that lives in all of us. Neuromuscular Therapy uses a variety of trigger point techniques to provide a deep and lasting relaxation of your muscular problems. Specialized form of manual therapy that focuses on treating soft tissue - muscles, tendons, and fascia - to address chronic pain, postural imbalances, and movement dysfunctions. The goal is restoring balance between the nervous system and musculoskeletal system by reducing chronic pain and tension, improving posture and alignment, enhancing blood flow and circulation, releasing trigger points and adhesions, and lastly, supporting the body's natural healing processes. NMT is based on the understanding that when muscles become overly tight or imbalanced, they can compress nerves and reduce circulation, leading to pain, and dysfunction. By addressing these imbalances, NMT helps relieve pain, restore proper function, and improve overall physical health. To ensure the most effective and personalized care, brief consultation is required for every NMT sessions. - Initial Session : Your first visit includes a 30 min consultation to review your health history, access posture and movement patterns, and discuss your specific goals and areas of concern. This alllows us to create a targeted treatment plan tailored JUST FOR YOU . - Follow-Up Sesson : Each subsequent session includes a 15 min consultation, which covers both pre- and post-treatment check-ins. This is used to evaluate progress, make adjustments as needed, and support your ongoing healing. These consultations are essential part of your care and are included in your session time to provide a complete, integrated experience. If you do book the 75 mins Listen Into Your Body sessions for your initial visit then you will only be getting 45 mins of hands on bodywork so I do recommend that for the initial visit to be longer for best results.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
