My name is Stefanie Gambino and I have been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years. I specialize in back and neck pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, and more. I am also certified in manual lymphatic drainage and trained in post operative lymphatic drainage through The Academy of Lymphatic Studies. My goal is always to help you alleviate pain, feel relaxed, and teach you ways to help yourself. 

Some of the bodywork I am trained in is deep tissue, prenatal massage, oncology massage, reflexology, kinesio taping, reiki, aromatherapy, orthopedic cupping, scar tissue release, active isolated stretching, some myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, lymphatic drainage for post operative plastic surgery, and more. I combine many of these techniques in my therapeutic massage to give you the best results that I can.

  Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of relaxing and rhythmic bodywork that uses light strokes to stimulate drainage of lymphatic fluid from various organs and tissues. This fluid, called lymphatic load is made up of water, cells, proteins, and fat. It is essentially waste build up in the interstitial fluid that can be manually pumped out through manual lymphatic drainage. Some of the issues MLD can help with are edema, early stages of chronic venous insufficiency, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, headaches, migraines, detoxifying, pre- and post-surgery, and more.
