Licensed massage therapists specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and trigger point etc.  Each session begins with a brief intake consultation to discuss pressure preferences, target areas, and any contraindications.

The spa uses professional massage oils and heated basalt stones for hot stone sessions. Clients are encouraged to return every four to six weeks for ongoing therapeutic benefit.
