With a specialization in medical based massage and pain management, I have 22 years of experience as a Neuromuscular Therapist. I have honed my skills in trigger point therapy and cupping massage, offering effective relief for individuals dealing with chronic pain. 
Drawing on my experience working alongside chiropractors for over a decade, I possess a keen ability to recognize common pain patterns and assess the body's needs. 
By focusing on releasing areas of tightness and ensuring body & posture are balanced, I strive to help my clients achieve optimal wellness.

With specialized certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Craniosacral Integration, I am able to help those needing special attention and care after dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, post op MLD after surgical procedures, etc.
