Lillian is a New Jersey Licensed Massage Therapist (#18KT01397000) and is a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals).  Her office space is located inside of Bidwell Chiropractic Center in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Lillian's intention is to support people's wellbeing so they feel that they can function through life at their best.  She supports people in alleviating symptoms associated with acute and chronic muscular pain and promotes relaxation and body-awareness through the application of massage therapy.  Lillian works with what each client presents to her at each appointment, centering each session around their goals.  Her goal is to offer a safe, welcoming space for people to experience massage therapy for relaxation and therapeutic purposes.

Lillian's interest in massage therapy began during her 200 hour yoga teacher training when learning how to give students hands-on assists.  In February of 2021, she graduated from Body in Mind Massage Institute in Toms River, New Jersey.  Following her graduation, she has received additional training in PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), prenatal massage, somatic mindfulness/Trager Approach, and table-Thai massage.  She has an interest in physical therapy, and is currently completing her undergraduate degree, majoring in exercise science.
