I specialize in Integrative Therapeutic Massage, tailoring each session to meet your unique physical, emotional, and energetic needs. Using a holistic blend of Swedish massage to promote relaxation, Deep Tissue techniques for pain and tension relief,  Myofascial Release to address restrictions in the connective tissues, and elements of Thai massage, every session is a thoughtful fusion of modalities designed to restore balance, ease discomfort, and support your body’s natural healing process.

As a trauma-informed massage therapist, my responsibility is to create an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and in control.  Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain and stress, recovering from injury, or maintaining optimum health and wellness you'll be met with compassionate, attuned care in a soft and supportive environment. Your comfort, boundaries, and well-being are always at the heart of our work together.

• All services are by appointment only.
• An electronic deposit of 25% of the total service is required to book your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due on the day of service.  
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• I gladly accept Venmo, PayPal, cash or checks for service, but I am unable to directly process credit cards at this time. Thank you for your understanding!
