Hello and welcome! I’m Liz, the owner of Head to Heal (formerly Rosewood Massage Therapy & Wellness) and I’m glad you’re here! Whether it’s massage therapy, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage, relaxation or therapeutic touch, I will take the time to talk about your issues and goals and tailor each and every session to those specific needs. There is no one size fits all here and I pride myself in giving my clients the most distinct and individualized work as possible.
