About Kindred

My name is Lauren Macedo.I specialize in massage for women. I use massage, stretching, and focus on targeting neck, shoulder, and back pain, structural imbalances, or specific trigger point work. I am also Prenatal certified and love helping mom's during their pregnancies! My goal is to create an environment where you can just feel pampered, taken care of, and relieved of tension.

The name "Kindred" reflects my core philosophy: whenever you come to my table, you are treated like family. After over 10 years as a professional massage therapist, I founded Kindred to put clients first and offer a fully customized experience tailored to your exact needs.

My practice is located out of my home in the Steele Creek area of Charlotte, North Carolina. When you arrive, please park on the left side of the driveway.
