By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Good Body Essentials Wellness (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, whether services are booked online, in person, or via third-party platforms.

2. Services Provided

We offer wellness services including but not limited to:

• Massage Therapy (Signature Therapeutic Massage, specialty bodywork)
• Holistic Healing Sessions
• Body treatments and wellness services (e.g., yoni steam, detox services, aromatherapy)

All services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions before services.

• We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
• You should consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any wellness service if you have underlying conditions.
• Services may be refused if deemed unsafe.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Late Arrivals: Time may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Full service price still applies.
• Cancellations:
  • Minimum 24-hour notice required
  • Late cancellations may result in a fee up to 100% of service cost
• No-Shows: Charged 100% of the scheduled service

5. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.

• All sales are final. No refunds on services rendered.
• Packages/memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

6. Client Conduct

We maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment.

• Zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior
• Any form of harassment or misconduct will result in immediate termination of service with no refund

7. Memberships & Packages

• Memberships are billed monthly and may require a minimum commitment period
• Unused sessions may roll over
• Cancellation policies apply to all booked sessions

8. Gift Certificates

• Non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash
• Must be presented at time of service
• Subject to expiration if applicable

9. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you agree:

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with services
• Good Body Essentials Wellness is not liable for injury, allergic reactions, or adverse outcomes

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials are the property of Good Body Essentials Wellness and may not be used without permission.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
