My name is Nicole Williams, LMBT, founder of MOVA—Move Optimally, Venture Anywhere. My work is rooted in the belief that how we move, recover, and care for our bodies directly impacts our quality of life.
Movement has always been central to my life. I trained in dance for 14 years in ballet, jazz, and contemporary styles, developing a strong awareness of posture, balance, alignment, and body mechanics. This background allows me to assess movement patterns with intention and recognize how tension and imbalance affect daily function and performance.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Education from North Carolina Central University in 2020, where I gained a foundation in preventive care, health promotion, and whole-person wellness. Public health continues to influence the MOVA brand, shaping my approach to massage as a proactive tool for long-term mobility and balance.
In 2022, I completed my Massage Therapy program at Gwinnett College in Raleigh, North Carolina, refining my hands-on skills and clinical understanding of the musculoskeletal system. Today, my work blends evidence-based practice with intuitive, intentional care.
At MOVA, every session is purposeful. I strive to help clients reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and move with greater ease—whether that means relaxation, recovery, or building a strong foundation for an active lifestyle.
