With nearly 14 years of experience as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, I bring together therapeutic expertise, intuitive touch, and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best.

My approach is centered around the belief that no two bodies are the same. Every session is customized to your individual needs. My practice incorporates a range of therapeutic and holistic modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, TMJ therapy, reflexology, hot stone massage, cupping, and Reiki energy healing. By blending techniques when appropriate, I create a personalized experience designed to encourage relaxation, relieve muscular tension, and support your overall sense of well-being. 

I believe the most effective bodywork is with listening-not only to what a client tells me, but also to what their body communicates. I am attentive to pressure, comfort, movement, and the areas where your body may be holding tension.
