My career as a massage therapist began when my fiance brought home an information packet from Lakewood School of Therapeutic Massage. We both fell in love with the school, electing to attend together! As we grew our family, we also grew in our field of knowledge.

Before massage therapy, I worked as a bartender and server which allowed me to fine tune my communication skills. Interestingly, massage therapy rapidly became my passion. Learning how the body moves, repairs itself, and compensates with the pain and stress in our lives is truly fascinating. Finding out how massage can make a difference in that process was even more so.

My career has mostly been in chiropractic environments. I have always thought of the human body as a puzzle to solve. I thoroughly enjoy figuring out the root causes of issues others may have, using my knowledge of the human body to ease pain and provide the opportunity for healing. I am particularly adept at are PNF work, myofascial techniques, and deep tissue and I am excited to start working with you!
