What kind of massage modalities do you enjoy or plan to experience? We have: 

Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage (2nd - 3rd Trimester Only), Reflexology (Hands and/or Feet), Craniosacral (Head, Neck, and/or Face), Cupping Massage (TBA 2027), Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Massage (TBA 2027), Lymphatic Drainage, Assisted Stretching, and Abdominal Massage.

We offer 30 min and 60 min sessions primarily. If you'd like to add/extend services, feel free to add on more services. Depending on your preference and availability you have these options: Two or three 30 min services, one 60 min service, or one 30 min & one 60 min service.

Local Travel: Complimentary travel included for appointments with 15 miles

Out of Area Travel: Living a bit further? No problem! A small travel fee applies for distances outside our standard zone to cover round-trip transit time and fuel.

• Zone 1 : (15 - 30 miles): 20$ additional charge.
• Zone 2 : (31+ miles) 20$ plus $1 per mile additional charge.

Mon, Tue, and Thurs, I will be commuting from the DC Capitol

*Wednesday and Friday interchange between the two locations based on weekly schedule updates*

Saturday and Sunday,  I will be commuting from St. Charles Towne Center

If transit is beyond the local area, fees should be pre-paid before travel.
