Massage therapy can effect the influence of how the body works at various levels and stages of life. My bodywork specialties include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Pregnancy and Geriatric. Each session is thoughtfully customized with you in mind to enhance and help support your general wellness.

My therapeutic benefits include: relaxation, reduction of stress, anxiety, muscle pain and joint stiffness; improving circulation, flexibility, range of motion and more. Other benefits include: improving the quality of life and providing a compassionate, personal and healing touch for those in hospice care. Offering comfort, dignity and support during sensitive times.
