I am Shay Gonzalez, a Maryland licensed massage therapist and the founder of The Cascadura Wellness & Spa. 

I’ve been practicing since 2022, and in that time I’ve learned that great bodywork isn’t just about technique — it’s about making people feel seen and cared for.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, with Trinidadian roots that run deep in everything I do. The Cascadura carries that heritage in its name, its story, and the way I approach every session — rooted in culture, focused on you.
