I specialize in pain relief, increasing mobility and body awareness and reducing muscle tension. Whether you're a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, injuries happen. You don't have to live in pain. Start with a bodywork session to decrease your pain and then slowly integrate strength training into your routine to keep your aches and pains from coming back. I provide both pain relief and strength training to move and feel better as you get stronger.
