As an Atlanta native, I am passionate about helping my community heal—one service at a time. I founded my business in 2022 with the mission of promoting healing of the mind, body, and soul, especially for individuals who have limited access to quality wellness care.

To instill discipline, resilience, and a heart for service, I proudly served in the Georgia Army National Guard for six years. My passion for movement and overall wellness led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University.
