StretchUSoon is a premier wellness destination located in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a licensed massage therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University and am currently completing my Master’s degree in a health-related field. With over six years of service in the National Guard, I bring a foundation of discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of physical performance and recovery to my practice.
My academic background in human movement science informs every session, allowing me to approach the body holistically, addressing not just symptoms, but the root causes of tension and imbalance. I specialize in customized stretch and massage sessions designed to reduce muscular tension, enhance mobility, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to optimize physical performance, my integrative approach bridges clinical insight with restorative care to help you move and feel better.
Services:
- Medical Massage Therapy: Targeted, condition-specific massage aimed at treating medical issues such as chronic pain, injuries, or post-surgical recovery. Typically performed as part of a treatment plan in collaboration with a healthcare provider. Veterans are eligible for FREE services through the VA (Book a consultation for more information).
- Therapeutic Massage Therapy: A holistic massage experience designed to relax the body, ease muscle tension, and promote overall well-being. Ideal for clients seeking stress relief, improved circulation, or general muscular maintenance.
- PNF Stretch Therapy: An advanced form of assisted, flexibility sessions that combines passive stretching and isometric contractions to improve muscle length, joint mobility, and neuromuscular control. Physical engagement from client needed.
- Regular Assisted Stretching: More passive stretching, ideal for general muscle maintenance, stress relief, and light recovery. Much less physical engagement from client needed.
- Thai Massage: Dynamic, full body treatment that blends acupressure, deep stretching, and rhythmic compression to releasee tension and restore energy flow. Performed fully clothed on a floor mat, using the hands, elbow, knees, and feet to guide the body through a series of assisted stretched and targeted pressure. Supports physical and energetic balance!
- Body Sculpting: A non-invasive treatment designed to contour, tone, and tighten targeted areas of the body. Using advanced techniques such as ultrasonic cavitation, radio frequency, or vacuum therapy. Body sculpting helps reduce stubborn fat, improve skin elasticity, and enhance natural body shape without surgery or downtime.
- Cupping Therapy: An ancient healing technique that uses suction to promote circulation, release muscle tension, and support the body's natural detoxification process. By placing specialized cups on the skin, negative pressure is created to lift and separate soft tissue layers, helping to break up stagnation and encourage blood flow to areas of discomfort. Cupping may leave temporary circular marks as part of the body’s natural healing response.
- Chair Massages: A convenient, fully clothed massage therapy performed in a specially designed seated chair. It focuses on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands—areas most commonly affected by stress and poor posture. ONLY offered for events (business, parties, spas, vendors, etc.)
StretchUs: Group Stretch Class: A guided, full-body mobility session designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and support better posture and movement. Combining elements of dynamic stretching, static holds, and breath work, this class helps participants release tight muscles, increase range of motion, and leave feeling more balanced and energized. Must be Consultation first!
