My business, In Motion Massage LLC, focuses on making manual therapy services accessible and reliable.  Our bodies go through significant stress on an average week. Active Release Techniques and massage therapy promote wellbeing by interacting with the nervous system and influencing the quality of active movement.  I play in beach volleyball tournaments and coach some as well, leading me to work with more and more athletes and active adults from a provider standpoint.
