Welcome! My name is Anabel Marrero, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Herbalist. My Specialties are Prenatal & Postpartum Recovery, Specialized Women's Bodywork, Maternity & Recovery Wellness, Lymphatic Drainage, and Post-OP Care. My true goal is to help you find relief, relaxation, and a healthier balance in your life. I believe deeply in Holistic Wellness—treating the mind, body, and spirit as one connected system to help you truly thrive.

This philosophy is why I named my business Gaia Holistic Wellness. As the saying goes, "Just as Gaia heals and sustains the Earth, true wellness comes from nurturing the natural harmony within ourselves." I weave the healing power of massage and plant medicine together to support your natural well-being.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for both of us, please note my studio guidelines:

• Strictly Therapeutic: All treatments are purely professional, holistic, and non-sexual.
• Mutual Respect: Any inappropriate remarks or behavior will result in ending the session immediately at the full service cost.

¡Te doy la bienvenida! Mi nombre es Anabel Marrero y soy Terapeuta de Masaje Licenciada (LMT) y Herborista Certificada. Mi verdadero objetivo es ayudarte a encontrar alivio, relajación y un equilibrio más saludable en tu vida. Creo profundamente en el bienestar Holístico: tratar la mente, el cuerpo y el espíritu como un sistema conectado para ayudarte a prosperar de verdad.

Esta filosofía es la razón por la que llamé a mi negocio Gaia Holistic Wellness. Como dice el refrán: "Así como Gaia sana y sostiene a la Tierra, el verdadero bienestar proviene de nutrir la armonía natural dentro de nosotros mismos". Combino el poder sanador del masaje y la medicina de las plantas para apoyar tu bienestar natural.
