COVID-19 Massage Safety Guidelines (Updated Nov. 17, 2020):
Please review the screening questions below one day prior to your appointment.
You must answer NO to each question in order to be seen for massage therapy.
-Any cough, fever, sore throat, loss of smell or taste in the past 2 weeks?
-Any household members with the above symptoms in the past 2 weeks?
-Any travel outside Colorado in the past 2 weeks?
-Any household members or other close contacts who have traveled outside Colorado in the past 2 weeks?
-Any contact with anyone with known COVID-19, or symptoms of COVID-19 (see first bullet) in the past month?
If any answer is YES, please call/email me to discuss next steps to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
On the day of your appointment:
-Please wait in your car. I will call/text you when ready.
-Please wear a mask that you can comfortably breathe in. A mask is required in the building, our office and throughout your session.
-Use the restroom outside the office and wash your hands.
-A temperature check is required before the session. A temperature of 99.6 degrees or higher is an automatic No GO for the session.
As your provider...
I must pass all screening questions and temperature check daily. I will wear a mask and sometimes a face shield throughout our time together. My hands and arms up to my elbows will be washed before/after our session. All treatment room surfaces that you may come into contact with will be sanitized before/after the session. The room will be limited to surfaces that can be easily cleaned. I am utilizing a laundry service for linens and utilize a HEPA air purifier. Payment with a credit card is NO-Contact. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to make your appointment feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
Cancellation Policy (Updated Nov. 17, 2020):
I am reinstating my regular cancellation policy. Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel your session or be charged the full session price.
However, due to the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, should you need to cancel or reschedule due to not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to adjust your appointment. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations due to illness.
