Functional Hands Therapeutic Massage (FHTM) focuses on Deep Tissue Neuromuscular massage using myofascial release techniques, sculpting strokes, compression and others to help release the tight holds our muscles have on us. Think bad posture, sore hips, and tension headaches! Deep tissues doesn't mean deep pressure! It simply means working through the layers to reach the points of tightness and pain that are otherwise unreachable. 

In addition, we offer prenatal massage with specialized bolstering for a more comfortable session for moms-to-be. More than many, they deserve to have some special moments of deep relaxation to help work all the muscles that creating life can make so sore!

Kate Mulleneaux, the face behind FHTM, comes from a holistic wellness background and has dedicated her time to helping others heal. Her healing journey inspired her to help others and to be a vessel to deliver comfort and compassion to those just starting their own journey. She also has found the joy of nature and art to be a driving factor for her practice. To come to FHTM, is to experience an amalgamation of massage, kindness, art and healing.
