● Isabel graduated from The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2025 where she studied Swedish massage. As an intuitive person, she is able to find where the tender areas are and work with the appropriate pressure and depth to help relieve the pain and tension. Isabel is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Prenatal, and Sports Massage. Isabel provides a client centered massage to address each clients unique needs and integrates different techniques to facilitate healing.

● Christopher received his AOS from New York College of Health Professions in 2012 where he studied Swedish Massage and Asian Bodywork. As a licensed healthcare professional with knowledge in medical massage he shines at delivering focused deep work for trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, and chronic pain relief. Chris enjoys thoroughly working areas of the body to get beyond the superficial layers and dig into the underlying musculature and tissues.
