Massage therapy is one of my favorite forms of self care. It's a great addition to include in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Making time for yourself is always important.
Transitioning from a medical background into massage therapy, my goal is to inspire a sense of wellbeing. Offering the relaxation of traditional massage, but specializing in therapeutic style. I focus on problem areas, recovery, maintenance, and stress management. This is suitable for the everyday person, the casual gym goer, and the serious athlete.
