After the birth of my daughter, I knew that I wanted to bring my decade of experience doing massage and bodywork and apply it to the incredible time surrounding pregnancy, birth, fertility, and perimenopause. I bring my knowledge of neuromuscular, myofascial, and craniosacral therapies and apply it to the unique needs of these life-stages with a deeply relaxing and nourishing approach.

Women's care means that this is a safe, judgment free space to receive bodywork that is tailored to YOUR body: whether you are cycling, pregnant, postpartum or menopausal. We specialize in myofascial unwinding that is sensitive to the changes female bodies undergo throughout our lifespan, as well as lymphatic drainage massage and relaxation techniques that target nervous system balance.
